The Pine Forest in Kodaikanal is a serene and captivating destination situated amidst the rolling hills of the Western Ghats in Tamil Nadu, India. Spread over a vast area, this man-made forest was developed during the early 20th century by Mr. Bryant, who was the forest officer at that time. The towering pine trees create a mystical and cool atmosphere, making it a photographer's delight. The paths meander through the woods, inviting visitors to stroll under the shade of the towering trees. The forest floor is strewn with a carpet of pine needles, and the sound of the breeze mingling with the whispers of the pines adds to the tranquility of the place. It is not only a popular picnic spot for families and friends but also a favorite location for film shoots. The Pine Forest provides a stark contrast to the otherwise lush greenery of Kodaikanal and is an excellent spot for bird watching and nature walks.

Avoid popular Touristy spot
Though good spot for profile pictures, quite messy with loads of footfalls of tourists. Better avoid this place, if you prefer a calm & serene "Pine Forest". Visit Berijam Lake and you'll not regret, ..
