This resplendent monastery is one of the many international monasteries in Lumbini, reflecting the widespread influence of Buddhism and the international appeal of this holy site. The architecture is distinctly Thai, with its golden, sloping roofs and ornate, colorful designs making it stand out amongst the various structures within the complex. Grand Thai Temple
This temple feel very grand, perhaps the Thai Government and Royal Family is the main sponsor. Grounds are kept very clean and tidy, very respectful and serene environment.

Worth the visit
The monastery has a striking silhouette and is located not far from Gate 4. Some areas were off-limits to tourists but you can go inside the monastery and admire its interior.
