Impact of Conflicts on Tourism

Shusha's position as a tourist spot has not been without its challenges, particularly due to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. However, with recent developments in the region and restoration efforts underway, Shusha is re-emerging as a point of interest for both local and international tourists.

Restoration and Revival

In the aftermath of conflicts, significant resources have been allocated to rebuild and revitalize Shusha's tourism infrastructure, ensuring that its historical allure not only survives but thrives. The revival of the Shusha History Museum plays a central role in this, enabling the city to reclaim its status as a beacon of Azerbaijani culture and history.
