Best Time to Visit Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India

The ideal time to plan a trip to Thanjavur in the southern state of Tamil Nadu, India, is during the winter season, which spans from November to February. Throughout these months, the weather is generally pleasant, with cooler temperatures ranging from 20°C to 30°C, providing a comfortable climate for sightseeing and exploring the city's rich cultural heritage. To witness the architectural splendor without the crowds, consider the months of November and February, which tend to be less busy while still providing the comfortable temperatures and clear skies ideal for photography and leisurely exploration of Thanjavur's ancient history and art.
