Worst experience
I visited WOW on 9th June with my cousin and a friend. I just want to highlight that I got molested in the pool where waves are generated. In starting we enjoyed a lot. But when waves at 2:30pm generated we came to the middle part of pool B depth would be around 5 feets. It became very crowded in that area. We were enjoying the waves in the meantime someone touched me inappropriately. I looked around but couldn't identify due to over crowd. It happened 4-5 times almost. Even I pinched the hand with my maximum power. We were so crowded that we were trying to leave but couldn't. There was a group of boys I literally have a gut feeling they were doing it. It ruined everything. Now I think how many ladies visit in such places and what cost they have to pay and their crime is just they are seeking fun and enjoyment with families and friends.It was horrible experience. I wish I could have identified the molestor and slapped tightly.

Fraud with Online Booking
The recent issue I encountered while booking water park tickets online. On July 22nd, I attempted to book tickets through your midnight madness deal, and today, on August 12th, I tried again to avail the 50% discount. However, both times, I encountered an error message stating that the server had encountered an internal error. After providing my debit card details for payment, I received the error message and attempted the payment process again, only to receive the same error message. To my surprise, I later discovered that a total of Rs had been deducted from my account. I did not receive any payment successful or booking confirmation screens after the payments were made. Following is the deducted amount for your kind reference:- On 22nd July- 1399/- On 12th August- 2796/- This is a very disappointing & terrible experience, especially in this digital age where online payments are frequently used. It seems that this water park is not only failing to provide a fun experience but also taking advantage of customers by offering misleading deals and having unreliable servers. Also, so many times tried to call customer service, but the given number is only ringing, no one is receiving the call & not answered the emails. I’ll suggest to not book the ticket via their official website.

Billled twice and not ready to refund, they are theives
stop cheating people and over charging, transaction gt declined and still no refund received. stop cheating

Third class experience, cheap crowd, uncivilised gentry, not at all safe, visit at your own risk bcz, no cctv camera
Worst experience ever, third class gentry, cheap people all around not at all safe for females. Volunteer or helpers are useless people there. One guy misbehaved with my husband due to which he got hurt on his head and started bleeding nobody was there to help us we felt helpless and instead of accepting the mistake that guy started shouting on me and volunteer kept shut his mouth. Nobody helped us, what if in place of my husband, a woman would have been there, that guy could have done anything wrong and no cameras are there for proof . This place does not deserve the amount i.e? 1399 to be paid

Pathetic
Quality of services and more activity to be added also very less choices of the food . pathetic experience of my and my family we were visited month of September to enjoy but can't make it perfect.most of the ride was closed and not informed before we book.also them locker is not safe after paying of money for ticket, locker, costume,food . cleaning was zero.water added extra chlorine which is not good for health.
