The trek to Z Point starts from the Kemmanagundi Raj Bhavan Hotel and snakes through dense forests and grasslands for about 3 km. It is a moderately difficult trail with a steep climb towards the end that's exhilarating for adventure lovers. The trek also goes past the Shanti Falls, which is a refreshing spot to take a break. Reaching Z Point at an elevation of about 1,400 meters offers you a mesmerizing sunrise or sunset view, with a sea of clouds often enveloping the hills during monsoons.
