Mullayanagiri Tourism

Mullayanagiri, situated in the Chikkamagaluru district of Karnataka, India, is the highest peak in Karnataka, standing at 1,930 meters above sea level. It is part of the Western Ghats mountain range and named after a small temple at the summit dedicated to a sage named Mullappa Swamy, which makes it a popular trekking and pilgrimage spot. The lush green landscape and the cool breeze provide a refreshing experience to visitors. It's a haven for nature enthusiasts and trekkers, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and hills covered with thick forests and coffee plantations.
