The Golden Temple features three awe-inspiring golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni, Padmasambhava, and the Buddha Amitayus, each standing tall at around 60 feet. The annual Tibetan New Year celebration, known as Losar, is a festive time to visit with vibrant performances and rituals. Bylakuppe is not just a center for spiritual learning but also a refuge for Tibetan exiles, preserving their heritage and traditions.
