Khir Bhawani Temple, also known as Ragnya Devi Temple, is a revered Hindu shrine located in Tullamula in the Srinagar district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Although often associated with Sonmarg, the temple actually lies closer to Srinagar. It is dedicated to Ragnya Devi, an incarnation of Goddess Durga. The temple is situated near a sacred spring, which changes its color with various hues of red, pink, orange, green, and has a large religious significance for the local Hindu population, especially Kashmiri Pandits. The architecture of the temple is quite simple and doesn't have the ornate carvings seen in other temples of Kashmir. The annual festival of 'Jyeshta Ashtami' witnesses a large gathering of devotees who come to offer prayers and seek blessings. The tranquil atmosphere around the temple contrasts with the colorful festivities during special occasions. It has become a symbol of harmony as people of all faiths visit and pay their respects.
