If you are planning to visit this sacred place, the best time to enjoy your pilgrimage would be during the cooler months of the year, from October to March. During this period, the weather is pleasant, and the temperature is conducive for exploring the temple and its surroundings. This is also the time when the festival of Makara Sankranti is celebrated, typically in January, which can be a particularly festive time to visit with special poojas and rituals being conducted in the temple.

Another suitable time to plan your visit is during the temple’s annual Brahmotsavam, which usually takes place in the month of February.
