Padang Padang Beach, locally referred to as Pantai Labuan Sait, is a famous surf spot on the Bukit Peninsula of Bali, Indonesia. This beach is known for its unique entrance that descends through a hollow rock entrance to a stunning vista of azure waters and a 100-meter long stretch of sand encased by cliffs on either side. Recognized for its crystal-clear water and fine white sand, visitors enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and of course, surfing. It's a regular spot for international surfing events because of its consistent barrels. Its popularity surged after featuring in the movie 'Eat, Pray, Love'. Despite being a tourist hotspot, the beach maintains a sense of charm and has warungs (local eateries) serving fresh seafood and Indonesian dishes. Visitors often encounter macaque monkeys near the cliff areas, adding to the tropical experience. The beach also holds religious significance for the locals. Due to its natural beauty and atmosphere, it's also become a preferred destination for romantic getaways and weddings.
