Paigah Tombs are located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and showcase unique architectural excellence. These tombs belong to the nobility of the Paigah family, who were fiercely loyal to the Nizams and held high-ranking positions in the state. The site, spread over an area of about 30-40 acres, is adorned with beautiful inlaid marble carvings and is known for its intricate geometric patterns that are a blend of Mughal and Persian architecture, showcasing an impressive necropolis art form. The tombs are enclosed within walled structures and present a stunning array of lattice work and mosaic tile work. Remarkably less visited compared to other monuments in Hyderabad, the Paigah Tombs offer a quiet and historically enriching experience. The complex contains about 27 tombs of the Paigah family members, with notable burials including Asman Jah, Viqar-ul-Umra, and Shums-ul-Umra.
