Silathoranam, a natural rock formation, is situated in the Tirumala Hills in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. This arch is one of the only three of its kind in the world and is a geological wonder estimated to be over a billion years old. Silathoranam is believed to have religious significance due to its shape that resembles the hood of a serpent, a conch, and a discus, which are symbols associated with Lord Vishnu. The rock formation has a width of 25 feet and a height of 10 feet. It is located close to the Venkateswara Temple, an important pilgrimage site for Hindus, which attracts millions of visitors each year. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a serene environment and is an ideal spot for nature lovers and those interested in geology and archaeology.

This place is also called "Rock Garden" and is near to Tirumala Temple. Good way to spend an hour or so.
