Great and clean hotel. Affordable too. Would definitely recommend. There’s lots of great food options around the hotel. Buffet breakfast was great for me and offer great views of the city.

The rooms were clean and good size with strange check in on 20th floor, so in on ground level, up to 20, back to your room. Overall though we were not impressed with our stay. There is a lovely swimmi..
The front office and restaurant staff were friendly, especially Roslie and Yoges. Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and clean. Hema from reservations was helpful with my last-minute booking..
I travelled to Penang on the 5th of June and stayed for 3 nights at OZO Penang. This is a quality hotel with modern design and good location. I am so impressed for the hospitality provided by the hote..
