Kainchi Dham Ashram is a spiritual retreat and pilgrimage site located in the Kumoan Hills near Bhimtal in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, India. Established by Neem Karoli Baba, a revered saint and guru, it is known for its serene environment and spiritual atmosphere. The ashram is situated at a distance of approximately 17 kilometers from Nainital.

Kainchi Dham Ashram was established on June 15, 1964, by Neem Karoli Baba. It was built on the banks of the Shipra River and quickly became a center for devotion and spiritual learning. Neem Karoli Baba gained prominence in the West when Apple co-founder Steve Jobs and Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg visited the ashram seeking spiritual enlightenment.
