Mandar Hill Tourism

Mandar Hill is a small mountain situated in Bhagalpur district of Bihar, India. It rises to a height of about 700 feet, forming a solitary peak in the otherwise level area. The hill is of great mythological significance as it is believed to have been used by the gods to churn the ocean, 'Samudra Manthan' in Hindu mythology, to extract the nectar of immortality.
