The Ngadak Monastery is a significant religious site located in the picturesque town of Namchi in the Indian state of Sikkim. Established during the reign of Chogyal Gyurmed Namgyal in the 17th century, the monastery serves as a vital center for religious activities and a place for monks to study Buddhist philosophies. Although the old monastery structure faced damage due to natural calamities, a new structure has been constructed adjacent to the original, preserving the sanctity and historical value of the place.
