At the summit, climbers are rewarded with a breath-taking panoramic view, including a unique perspective of Sigiriya Rock. It's a favorite spot for sunrise or sunset, as the views at these times are particularly spectacular. The site is also home to the Pidurangala Vihara, where a reclining Buddha statue resides. Pidurangala serves as a testament to Sri Lanka’s long and storied history and is a reminder of the country’s rich cultural and natural heritage.
