Tiger Falls are among the most spectacular waterfalls in Uttarakhand, located amidst the hilly terrains of Chakrata. Known locally as Keraao Pachad and Kailu Pachad, the falls cascade from a height of 50 meters to form a small pond at the base, creating a natural pool that is perfect for swimming. The surrounding area is lush with dense forests, offering a serene and tranquil atmosphere. This hidden gem is untouched by commercial tourism, which maintains its natural beauty. The journey to Tiger Falls is an adventure in itself, with a scenic trek through rhododendron and oak trees. The sound of the falls can be heard from a distance, blending harmoniously with the chirping of birds. Tiger Falls serves as an ideal picnic spot for families, trekkers, and nature enthusiasts looking to escape the hustle of city life and spend some quality time in the lap of nature.

Loved the falls. Will come back for sure. You need to walk a little bit to reach to the falls but once you reach there, it is all worth it.
