Victoria Park Tourism

Victoria Park is a beautifully maintained public park located in the heart of Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. Spanning approximately 27 acres, it is named in honor of Queen Victoria. Established in 1897, the park was originally used as the research field of the Hakgala Botanical Garden. Today, it stands as a serene and picturesque haven for both locals and tourists alike. Boasting a variety of flora, Victoria Park is especially renowned for its well-kept lawns, fountains, and a selection of ornamental plants and trees, some of which are rare.
