During these months, the park is in full bloom, showcasing an array of vibrant flowers and greenery that create a picturesque setting perfect for leisurely walks, picnics, and photography. The climate in Nuwara Eliya is pleasantly mild at this time, making it a refreshing escape from the tropical heat of other parts of the island. Additionally, this period coincides with the Sinhala and Tamil New Year celebrations, infusing the town with festive spirit and the possibility of witnessing cultural events.

Another great time to visit is during the month of August, when the Park comes alive with the brightly colored blooms of the winter season. Though it's cooler with temperatures hovering around 12 to 18 degrees Celsius (54 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit), the clear sunny skies provide perfect conditions for sightseeing. Tourist traffic is relatively low in comparison to the spring, meaning you can enjoy the serenity of Victoria Park without the crowds.
