Baba Reshi Shrine, located in the Baramulla district of Jammu & Kashmir, India, is a revered Sufi shrine dedicated to the Sufi saint Baba Payam ud Din Reshi, commonly known as Baba Reshi. This historical shrine dates back to the 15th century and is situated at an altitude of 2133 meters, on the slopes of the magnificent Pir Panjal mountain range. It is an example of Kashmiri wooden architecture combining Mughal and Persian styles and is renowned for its elaborate woodwork. The shrine has a tranquil atmosphere and is surrounded by lush green meadows. Pilgrims from various parts of the country visit the shrine to seek blessings and offer prayers. It is believed that the saint spent his last days in meditation at this spot. The shrine is not only a religious site but also attracts tourists for its beautiful architecture and the serene environment.

Religious visit

It is a religious shrine.... Dedicated to Baba reshi..... Intricate carvings.... Has a big hall which can accommodate 1000 people.....clean and well maintained

Most beautiful shrine in Kashmir
