Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is an internationally reputed university located in the holy city of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Founded in 1916 by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, BHU is one of the largest residential universities in Asia, with over 30,000 students. Spread across 1,300 acres, the university campus is renowned for its picturesque landscaping, historic buildings, and rich cultural heritage. The Bharat Kala Bhavan museum within its premises holds a precious collection of Indian paintings and artifacts. Lovely campus in Varanasi
We went to this beautiful campus and saw the art museum there. There are some beautiful old buildings in this campus. The art museum was decent with some old sculptures and paintings.
