Best Time to Visit Bhadaiya Kund, Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh

Located in the heartland of India, Shivpuri is a historical city in Madhya Pradesh known for its lush greenery, gently undulating hills, and rich cultural heritage. Among its many attractions is Bhadaiya Kund, a natural spring known for its mineral-rich properties. The best time to visit Bhadaiya Kund is during the cooler months from October to March. During this period, the weather in Shivpuri is pleasantly cool and is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the outdoor attractions without the discomfort of the intense heat that is typical in the summer months. The monsoon season, from July to September, rejuvenates the region's flora and can be a beautiful time to visit, but it might also restrict outdoor activities due to the heavy rainfall.

October also marks the beginning of the festival season in India with events like Diwali, making it a culturally rich time to visit. The pleasant weather continues through the winter months, making it comfortable for tourists to enjoy activities like boating and picnicking around Bhadaiya Kund. The sunny afternoons of the winter season are particularly great for leisurely strolls around the kund's surroundings. It is essential to note that the nights can get quite cold, so packing some warm clothing is advisable. By contrast, visiting in the intense summer months, from April to June, should be avoided if possible, as temperatures can soar, making excursions to outdoor attractions like Bhadaiya Kund uncomfortable.
