Ethipothala Falls is a stunning 70 feet tall river cascade, situated in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh, India. This waterfall is a confluence of three streams, namely Chandravanka Vagu, Nakkala Vagu, and Tummala Vagu. It is a popular tourist attraction due to its scenic beauty and the lush greenery surrounding it. The waterfall is part of a mountain stream which flows down the Eastern Ghats and joins the Krishna River eventually. The area around Ethipothala Falls has been developed into a park with a viewing gallery to allow visitors to enjoy the panoramic view of the falls and the verdant landscape. Notably, there is a crocodile breeding center in the pond formed by the waterfall, which is an added attraction. The location is also linked with a significant cultural past, as nearby caves are believed to have been used by Buddhist Monks centuries ago, and a Ranganatha and Dattatreya temple enhances its spiritual significance. The sublime natural setting combined with the cultural and wildlife elements makes Ethipothala Falls a compelling destination for nature lovers and spiritually inclined tourists alike.

Waterfall is perennial. Management is excellent. But adjoining Nagarjun sagar boating and museum visit has been stopped for the last 5 months.
