Jain Temple of Jainimedu Tourism

The Jain Temple of Jainimedu is a historical Jain shrine situated in the town of Palakkad in Kerala, India. Dating back to the 15th century, it is an important remnant of Jain culture in the region and is considered one of the few Jain temples in Kerala. The temple, stretching over an area of about 32,000 square feet, stands as an example of the architectural prowess of Jain monuments, featuring traditional stone construction. The presiding deity of the temple is Chandraprabha, the eighth Tirthankara of Jainism.
