By Air

Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Colombo is the nearest international gateway to Kandy. From the airport, you have the following options to reach Kandy:

• Taxi: You can hire a taxi directly from the airport to Kandy. The ride will take approximately 3 to 4 hours depending on traffic.
• Airport Shuttle: Some hotels in Kandy offer an airport shuttle service. Check with your hotel prior to arrival.

By Road
