Ram Ki Paidi Tourism

Ram Ki Paidi is a series of ghats located in the historical city of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India. These ghats are situated on the banks of the revered Saryu River, which holds a significant place in the Hindu religion. Ram Ki Paidi gets its name from the belief that Lord Rama, the central figure in the epic Ramayana, bathed here. It's a serene and picturesque series of small puddles or kunds created for religious rituals and bathing purposes. Across the ghats, one can see numerous beautifully constructed temples and devotees performing different rituals. It is especially crowded during festivals and auspicious days when thousands of devotees gather to take a holy dip in the Saryu River, believing it washes away sins. Ayodhya itself is endowed with a rich tapestry of mythology, historical significance, and religious fervor, making it a key pilgrimage site for Hindus worldwide.
