Best Time To Visit Sri Venkateswara National Park (Tirupati) In 2026 - 2027

Best Time to Visit Sri Venkateswara National Park

The ideal time to visit Sri Venkateswara National Park in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh is during the winter months from November to February. During this period, the weather remains pleasant and cool, making it perfect for wildlife sighting and exploring the rich biodiversity of the park. The temperatures usually range from 15°C to 30°C, ensuring a comfortable visit. Tourists can indulge in various activities such as trekking, bird watching, and taking safaris to see the park's fauna without the inconvenience of the sweltering heat that characterizes the region for the rest of the year.

Additionally, the monsoon season, which lasts from July to September, sees the park lush and verdant, showing off its flora in full bloom. However, heavy rainfall might restrict movement and access to certain areas within the park due to wet conditions, and some of the park's facilities might be limited. Those who don't mind getting a bit wet and are interested in the rejuvenated natural beauty of the park post-rainfalls may also consider this period for their visit, although it’s generally less favored for wildlife sightings compared to the winter season.
