At these rates they can surely afford a cpmplimentry wine bottle.
We visited Sula on Christmas day and stayed two nights. Being Christmas the crowds were unbelievable. Various restaurants offer a variety of food from "wine pain puri" to full meals, wine and gift shops and notably plenty of photoshoot spots spread over large areas were the reason for these huge crowds. A good number of people loaded with wine crates testified to good business as well as the popularity of Sula Vineyards. Security personnel were present in large numbers facilitating the smooth flow of vehicles and guiding the vehicles of those who had booked accommodation to the parking place from where the guests, in this case, us, were picked up by electric buggy and taken to reception. Check-in was smooth. The living-in accommodation is spread over various buildings named after the grape variety or the names of the wines made at Sula winery. We stayed in a building named Chenin Court. Chenin is a grape variety for making white wine. The room as well as the bathroom were very spacious. Buffet type of breakfast was lavish with many types and variety of dishes and foods. Service was good and the staff was polite and helpful. Room charges included wine tasting tour. The girl conducting the tour was knowledgeable and explained the wine-making process as well as giving information about various types of wines. In this, we were taken around the winery portion where the grapes were crushed and then stored in huge stainless-steel tanks for fermentation of crushed grapes. For wine testing, we were told about the five "S" of wine testing and even how a wine glass is held. We were offered two sparkling, two white and two red wines for testing. The tour was interesting and we came out knowing a bit more about wines than earlier. Sula Vineyard gets high marks for environmental awareness, which is reflected in a large number of solar panels, efforts to recycle water, providing drinking water in glass bottles and jute yarn slippers in the rooms. Even the toothbrushes, the comb and the shaving kit were made of wood. Took plenty of photos at all the photo spots. Enjoyed our stay. However one comes away from Sula Vineyards with a feeling that one has not got value for money. At the rates that are charged, they can surely afford a complimentary good quality wine bottle.

A clean, well organized place fine for a couple of hours
Nice couple of hours at the Sula Vineyards. The place was quite crowded, it was difficult to find a place to sit. The coffee at blue tokai was luke warm and super expensive and not worth it. The restaurants were so busy that the wait was too long, though the food was ok though expensive as everything else. The tasting tour (which starts with a corporate film, then a walk through the making process) was interesting and would be useful for those who wish to know a bit about the wine making process. Lot of photo and selfie points for those who are into that. Green acres of grape wines for a background. A clean, well organized place fine for a couple of hours.

One of the best location for experience of contemporary and classic stay. Beautiful location with relaxing atmosphere. service from every staff is impeccable. thanks lalit the first and last impression on the estate. Kudos to Ratul and his team for the wonderful experience.
