Vansda National Park, located near Saputara in Gujarat, India, spans across an area of approximately 24 square kilometers. It was originally a private forest of Maharaja of Vansda but now it's managed by the government. Despite its small size, the park maintains a diverse range of fauna due to the thick woodlands, which include teak, bamboo, and mango trees. It's a part of the Western Ghats mountain range, which is renowned for its biodiversity. Visitors might spot animals such as leopards, hyenas, several species of deer, and a wide array of birds and reptiles. The lush green forests provide an ideal habitat for these species and the dense canopy shelters an undergrowth thriving with life.
