A must visit for Nature lovers
This garden is a must visit if you go to Saputara. The garden is spread across kms. with rich variety of plants, trees etc. Do read the plaques to get detailed info about plants. Be prepared to walk and beware of mosquitoes which exist in their natural environment.

Botanical garden is around 4 km from waghai city towards saputara and near gira waterfall. Garden having different variety of trees and bamboo. It is spread over huge area. Nice little jungle trail inside garden if anyone wants to walk.

The largest garden in Gujarat
Had visited this botanical garden in Waghai a long back ago. This garden is located on the Saputara-Surat highway and is the largest garden in Gujarat. This garden has a variety of plants from different parts of India. Also, there are a lot of trees, bamboo trees etc. The major attraction is a small house which has a variety of cactii. There is a guest house inside the garden. Also, one can see a small wagon at one side of the garden. There are facilities available in this garden. The entry gate was a bit simple, but now, it is remodelled and made in the shape of a tree. Earlier, there was no entry fee to enter this garden. But now the entry fee for adults is Rs. 10 per person and for children is Rs. 5 per person. This beautiful garden is an ideal place for families, couples as well as friends. It is a must visit and should not be missed while in Waghai.
