Anjuna Beach, nestled in the heart of North Goa, is renowned for its picturesque scenery, soft golden sand, and the gently lapping waves of the Arabian Sea. This beach stretches over 2 kilometers and is famous for its swaying palm trees, rocky outcrops, and the iconic Anjuna Flea Market which is held every Wednesday. Anjuna became a hotspot for the hippie culture in the 1960s and still retains a bohemian vibe with its trance parties and vibrant nightlife. Beach shacks serving delectable Goan cuisine, alongside international fare, are scattered along the beach, offering a taste of the local flavors. The beach is also known for thrilling water sports, such as parasailing and jet skiing. The presence of the Chapora Fort nearby adds to the historical appeal of the location, providing tourists with an exquisite view of the coastline from its ramparts. Poor beach location and decrepit facilities fallen into disrepair
Terribly sad to see once a thriving stylish location has now become a very decrepit and in neglect area. It’s not really a tourist spot but more about a stop over for travellers seeking local experi..

Just a viewpoint
There's barely a beach to speak of, as it is primarily just a view point. The view itself is rather average so I am not sure if I would be returning.

be wary of jet skiing
not the best beach for lounging (preferred Baga). speed boating was worth it, jet skiing was 100% not (they don’t let you drive and the whole trip only lasts 2 minutes).
