Best Time to Visit Apsara Vihar (Fairy Pool) in Pachmarhi

Apsara Vihar, also known as Fairy Pool, is a picturesque destination located in the heart of Pachmarhi, the only hill station in Madhya Pradesh. One of the most favorable times to visit Apsara Vihar is during the post-monsoon period, which extends from October to June. The months immediately following the monsoons see the waterfalls at their best, with lush greenery surrounding the area and offering visitors truly serene scenery. The ideal climate conditions during this period make it perfect for sightseeing, picnics, and enjoying the natural beauty of the pool without the inconvenience of heavy rains or extreme heat.

For those keen on avoiding the crowd and enjoying a peaceful visit, the months of November to February are particularly recommendable, as the weather tends to be pleasantly cool, especially for exploring the outdoors. However, it's during this time that the water can be quite cold, which might be less ideal for those wanting to take a dip. March to June can also be a good time to visit for those who do not mind a bit of warmth, as the temperatures start rising, making the pool's water quite refreshing. During this pre-monsoon season, the flora and fauna of Pachmarhi remain vibrant, making Apsara Vihar a delightful stop on any visitor's itinerary.
