Clock Tower Square is a prominent landmark located in the heart of Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. This central landmark is recognized by its four-faced clock tower, which is intricately decorated with Bhutanese motifs and designs that reflect the country's culture and tradition. The square is a popular gathering place for locals and tourists alike, often serving as a venue for cultural performances, social interactions, and public events. The tower itself is flanked by beautifully manicured gardens and several small shops, cafes, and restaurants. It serves as a central point from which visitors can explore the city’s various attractions such as the National Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong, and the local markets. Clock Tower Square is not only a testament to Bhutan’s architectural ingenuity but also functions as a symbol of the city's communal spirit and modern development while still adhering to the country's unique cultural identity.
