The Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, located in Pokhara, Nepal, is revered as a sacred site for Hindus. A spiral staircase leads to the second section, which has a viewpoint for the thunderous waters coming from the Pardi Khola stream, merging into the cave. The cave is quite deep, extending nearly 3 kilometers, and various chambers can be explored to a certain extent. The natural acoustic created by the dripping water adds to the cave's spiritual ambiance.

Divine blessing of Lord Shiva

Natural cave under the ground, many floors. Pure bliss to have visited such divine place. Very good experience, must visit site once in Pokhara.

Nothing interesting

There was nothing interesting here. It was a cave that was dark, dank and wet. There was more confusion by the tourists trying to get out than anything worth noting.

Good place to visit and know the ancient culture. Explore the caves and see water seeping inside the caves. Good to take pics there. Place for worship too. The place is being maintained.
