Dating back to the 7th-11th century, these temples are mostly dedicated to Lord Shiva and are considered a significant cultural heritage. The intricate stone carvings and the architectural design reflect the ancient Nagara style. Jageshwar is believed to be the place where Lord Shiva meditated. The Dandeshwar Temple, the largest in the complex, and the Jageshwar Mahadev Temple, are the most prominent among the shrines.
