Visiting Lendi Baug in Shirdi, Maharashtra

Lendi Baug is a beautiful garden located in Shirdi, a town famous for its association with the revered spiritual leader Sai Baba. If you are planning a visit, the best time to go is between October and March when the weather in Maharashtra is cooler. During these months, the temperature is pleasant, which makes it ideal for visiting outdoor attractions like Lendi Baug without getting drained by the heat that characterizes the region's summer. This period also avoids the heavy monsoon rains that can occur from June to September, ensuring your visit won’t be hampered by unexpected downpours.

Additionally, travelling during the winter season means you get to experience local festivals such as Diwali (typically in October or November) and Makar Sankranti (in January). Be aware, however, that Shirdi can be crowded during significant religious festivals and holidays, as it is a major pilgrimage center. If you prefer a quieter visit, you might want to avoid these peak times. Early mornings are recommended for a visit to Lendi Baug for a peaceful experience, as the resident crowds of the day have not yet arrived. With careful planning, your visit to Lendi Baug can be both serene and spiritually rewarding.
