Fabulous gallery
Really enjoyed my visit to both the temporary exhibition Roots and Routes in Jaipur House, and the permanent exhibition in the New Wing. There's also a great cafe on site.

National institution that educate you on Indian artists and the artistic development of India.
Visit here if you are into culture and the arts. Displays traces the development of artistic development. However most painting labels do not indicate dates, or even estimated date of the work for viewer to understand it’s place in history. They are very strict about ‘no photography’ - for your eyes only.

If you love Art, this is the place to be
Right next to India Gate, one of the best addresses for the Fine Art. This place is treasure trove of the Art.. Located in Lutyens's Delhi, which itself is a heritage of Modern India, National Gallery is housed in "Jaipur House", which was the residence in National Capital, for Jaipur Royals, post-independence.. If you love art, just go there you will find enough to keep you occupied for hours (or maybe days) at a stretch .
