Pirotan Island is one of the 42 islands that constitute the Marine National Park of the Arabian Sea, situated along the coastal region of Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. This remote island spans approximately 3 square kilometers and is enveloped by mangroves and low-tide beaches, making it a haven for a diverse range of marine life. The island is renowned for its coral reefs and is home to a variety of species including sponges, sea anemones, puffer fish, sea turtles, and numerous species of crabs.
