Shaheed Smarak Tourism

Shaheed Smarak is a significant monument located in Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, India. Dedicated to the memory of soldiers who lost their lives during several major wars, including the First War of Indian Independence in 1857, it stands as a symbol of sacrifice and patriotism. It was inaugurated by the former President of India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, on 15 August 1957, on the occasion of the centenary of the Indian Rebellion of 1857.
