Siddharth Garden and Zoo is located in the heart of Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, close to the popular historical monument Bibi Ka Maqbara. Spread over an area of approximately 17 hectares, this garden was named after Gautama Buddha whose original name was Siddhartha. It was transformed into a bio-diversity park including a zoo in the late 20th century. The place offers a peaceful ambiance amidst the bustling city life, with lush greenery, blooming flowers, and a small fish pond which adds to the serenity. The zoo section houses a variety of animals such as lions, tigers, leopards, and different species of deer, snakes, crocodiles, and birds. It serves as an educational and recreational spot for visitors of all ages, especially children who can learn about the different species while enjoying the natural surroundings.
