Best Time To Visit Anjuna Flea Market (North Goa) In 2026 - 2027

Best Time to Visit Anjuna Flea Market

Anjuna Flea Market in North Goa is an iconic shopping destination known for its vibrant stalls, eclectic goods, and bohemian vibe. The best time to visit this bustling market is during the tourist season, which runs from November to March. During these months, the weather in Goa is pleasantly cool and dry, providing the perfect atmosphere for outdoor shopping and exploration. The market operates every Wednesday, commencing in the morning and bustling through the day until evening. Tourists can enjoy the most agreeable temperatures between late November and February, thus avoiding the extreme heat of late spring and the monsoon rains from June through September.

The peak season, particularly December and January, sees the highest number of visitors, which means the market is full of life and the variety of goods is at its best. However, if you prefer a less crowded experience, visiting in November or towards the end of the tourist season in March might be preferable. Be sure to arrive early to beat the crowds and make the most of the cooler morning hours. Keep in mind that the market is only open on Wednesdays, so plan your itinerary accordingly. No matter when you visit, the Anjuna Flea Market offers a memorable glimpse into the local culture, with a chance to find unique souvenirs, fashion, and handcrafted items.
