The main attractions within the caves include the Patalaganga, a natural underground stream, and various caverns with names like Meditation Hall, Thousand Hoods, Banyan Tree Hall, and so on. These natural caves were formed over the course of tens of thousands of years by the constant flow of underground water. Equipped with atmospheric lighting and a fresh air system, Belum Caves provide a unique underground experience, showcasing the geological and historical significance of the region. The government has taken steps to develop the site, installing pathways and stairways to ensure safety and accessibility for visitors, making it a must-visit destination for speleology enthusiasts and tourists alike.

Worth a visit

Caves themselves are good and worth going (just time it properly as it's quite humid inside so better avoid in humid/rainy/ extreme hot season).
