Hawah Beach Tourism
Type of destination: Beach
Ideal visit duration: 2-3 hours
Hawah Beach, often ensconced in the serene town of Kovalam in Kerala, India, offers an idyllic coastal retreat with a vibrant edge. Known for its crescent-shaped shoreline adorned with a canopy of palm trees, the beach is renowned for its emerald green waters and soft golden sands. The rolling waves of the Arabian Sea invite both the avid surfer and the casual wader. A lighthouse perched on a nearby hillock provides a panoramic view of this coastal haven, and the surrounding landscape is dotted with quaint eateries and shops selling local handicrafts. Hawah Beach, also referred to as Eve's Beach, is a less crowded alternative to the main Kovalam Beach, offering a peaceful ambiance. The cultural fabric here is rich with the rhythms of traditional Kerala arts, complemented by the diverse international tourist crowd. It’s an ideal location for sunbathing, people watching, and enjoying the gentle sea breeze whilst sipping coconut water.

Inspiring (sunset) and special experience with family and friends
Excellent beach outing with family and friends. Wear light clothes. Bikini maybe objected. Very conservative local population. Drinking openly is not permitted. Paid parking facility by the beach side..

NOT MUCH HAWA (WILD WIND) IN THE HAWA BEACH
This is a small part of the Beach in Kovalam, and frequented by travelers. There are lot of options for eating near the Beach and thus keeping the area clean is a challenge.

Beautiful
The hawa beach is small but beautiful and comparatively not that clean as compared to other beaches. The boatmen have littered this beach with barrels and accessories for boats plus tourists throw all..
