Best Time To Visit Moti Masjid (Agra) In 2026 - 2027

Visit Timings at Moti Masjid, Agra

The Moti Masjid, also known as the Pearl Mosque, is a stunning seventeenth-century religious edifice situated within the Agra Fort in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you're planning to visit this exquisite site, the best time to do so is during the cooler months, from November to March. The weather during this period is particularly pleasant, with a temperate climate that allows for comfortable exploration of the historic structure. Visitors should aim to visit early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the crowds and the peak sun hours, which can be quite intense due to the reflection on the white marble.

Specifically, for a more serene and contemplative experience, consider visiting the mosque on a weekday rather than the weekend, as you're likely to encounter fewer visitors. Additionally, a visit around the time of sunset can be immensely rewarding; witnessing the mosque bathed in the soft glow of the setting sun can be an unforgettable experience. The Moti Masjid usually opens from sunrise to sunset, however, visitors should check local timings and any changes due to seasonal variations or special events. Always respect the sanctity of the mosque, particularly if you visit during prayer times, though tourists are not allowed inside the prayer hall during these times.
