Nyay Mandir, also known as the District Court, is a historical building located in the heart of Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The edifice is an architectural marvel designed in the Indo-Saracenic style, boasting elements from both Indian and European designs. This courthouse was constructed during the time of the Gaekwad dynasty, under the reign of Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III, who envisioned Vadodara as a cultural and academic hub. The Nyay Mandir stands as a testament to his vision, merging aesthetics with judicial functionality.
