Rahala Waterfalls, situated at an altitude of 2,501 meters on the way to Rohtang Pass from Manali, is a magnificent natural attraction in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, India. Originating from melting glaciers and the precipitous rocks, the waterfall is surrounded by dense deodar forests and birch trees, creating an enchanting ambiance for nature lovers. This waterfall is a result of water streaming down from the precipices, forming a stream which later merges into the Beas River. Due to its scenic beauty and serene environment, Rahala has become a popular stopover for tourists heading towards the Rohtang Pass. The crystal-clear icy water, the mist emanating from the waterfall, and the lush greenery offer a refreshing respite from the hustle-bustle of city life. Being easily accessible from Manali, Rahala Waterfalls serves not just as a quick getaway but also a captivating spot for photographers, trekkers, and picnickers.
