Bet Dwarka, also known as Shankhodhar Island, is a small island situated at the northern tip of the Gulf of Kutch near Dwarka, one of the principal pilgrimages in Hinduism in Gujarat, India. The island is measured to be about 3 km long and 4 km wide. It is considered to be the original abode of Lord Krishna during his ruling years at Dwarka. The island is accessible by ferry services from Okha. Besides its religious significance, the island is known for its marine life, coral reefs, and sandy beaches. The main attraction on Bet Dwarka is the Dwarkadhish Temple, which is said to have been established by Lord Krishna's great-grandson, Vajranabhji. Other notable temples, including Hanuman Dandi, where idols of Lord Hanuman and Lord Makardhwaj (a son of Hanuman) are worshiped, add to the spiritual aura. Archaeologists have found remnants of late Harappan culture on the island, suggesting a rich historical significance.

Birth place of Lord Krishna. We can reach this place on Ferry boat. Worth seeing place. But lot of improvement needs

Visit to bet Dwarka by local bus travel agent
Experience is over all gud but don't go through by local travel agent's bus .
Very bad experience with them they left us there at bet Dwarka .
We paid for both side in advance.

Huge security concern
I also visited dwarika to bhet dwarika by boat but there is huge safety concern

*No ticket by boat man
*No any records by govt
*No security person awailable

Safety is matter of Concern
One has to travel by boat from the Okha to Bet dwarka. It takes almost 20 minutes. No safety jackets given to the travellers in Boat. No one was caring about wearing masks as well.
