Camel's Back Road is a stretch of road in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, India, known for its stunning natural surroundings and a rock formation that resembles a camel's hump, hence the name. The road is enveloped by lush greenery and offers panoramic views of the Himalayas. It is a perfect place for leisure walks and horse riding amidst the serenity of nature. Covering a distance of about 3 to 4 kilometers, Camel's Back Road is a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Mussoorieâ€™s main tourist spots. Visitors often come here early morning or during the sunset to catch the splendid views of the sun disappearing behind the mountains. The road starts from Library Point and stretches up to Kulri Bazaar. Benches are provided at intervals for people to sit and gaze at the scenery. The road is also popular for photography and is skirted by colonial buildings and a few eateries and shops.
